How to create the perfect Double Shot Americano
Ingredients:
18 grams of Gorilla Beans
Water 75°C
Espresso Machine
Steps:
- Cook your water and let it cool untill 75° C
- Grind your coffee into the portafilter
- Level and tamp your ground coffee
- Brew a double espresso shot in 31 seconds untill 42 grams comes out
- Slowly add your cooled water to the double shot untill 150 grams
