Double Shot Americano

How to create the perfect Double Shot Americano


      18 grams of Gorilla Beans
      Water 75°C
      Espresso Machine


  1. Cook your water and let it cool untill 75° C
  2. Grind your coffee into the portafilter
  3. Level and tamp your ground coffee
  4. Brew a double espresso shot in 31 seconds untill 42 grams comes out
  5. Slowly add your cooled water to the double shot untill 150 grams
  6. Enjoy your Magistrale Americano
