Our advice would be to start with the Ghisallo beans that is inspired by ancient old espresso roast recipies. Strong but not too dark with a beautiful crema. dark fruit, heavy chocolate and crisp caramel.
Then you move to the more delicate Cima Coppi beans that bring you towards the high altitutes of the Stelvio. A smooth coffee with abundant chocolate tones.
Finally it is time for the victory blend of team Jumbo-Visma. A great combination of delicate flavors that will surprise you with every sip of espresso.
