About the Coffee

The Hill Breaker coffee is a continuous flowing coffee like the cobbled hills of Flanders. Our limited special Monument edition coffee for the Ronde van Vlaanderen. A single origin coffee from Honduras especially selected and roasted to bring the best coffee taste suited for the Hoogmis.

Tasting Notes
These single origin arabica coffee from Honduras medium roasted and has complex taste flavours of dark chocolate mixed with cinnamon and a candy licoricey (drop) aftertaste. The aroma is very powerful due to its earthy spiciness and gives a medium body. Still the coffee offers a full chocolate even sweet finish.
