We are not satisfied until you are. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from magistralecyclingcoffee.cc contact us here and we will sort it all out. Add your mailaddress, address and name. You will receive from us an e-mail with your return number and send to address. This return number needs to be written on the return package and you always return the products in their original package. When the products are accepted for the return you receive the purchase amount back or you can pick another product from our website magistralecyclingcoffee.cc. When returning items ensure you include a brief explanatory note which includes your name, order number, and reason for return.

Please note that Il Magistrale cannot refund any delivery, tax or duty costs for orders delivered to international addresses. You will only be refunded for the amount charged for the product on the magistralecyclingcoffee.cc website. 

We use the following rules for returning our products. It is possible to return a product when:

• you received a defect or damaged product
• you received the wrong product
• the product is incomplete

To return a product it needs to fullfill the following terms:

• you can return a product within 7 days. The return term starts at the day you receive our product
• the return of a product will only be acceptable when it is still in it original package, unused and undamaged
• coffee containers that have been opened cannot be returned
• the invoice and delivery note need to be send with the package
