Magistrale Masterclass

This course is about dialing into a perfect espresso from coffee beans purchased from us. We like to emphasize that the use of a weighting scale with decimal separator is highly recommended when using a semi-automatic (piston) machine and grinder. 

After ordering we will ship your favorite coffee and will contact you to set a moment for the Masterclass.

During the Masterclass:
1. Short get-to-know
2. Check received coffee and discuss flavor
3. Discuss problems or strategy
4. Check grinder and machine
5. Work towards perfect coffee

During 30 minutes we will come to the perfect coffee. Otherwise we will add some extra time.
