Ingredients:
18.5 grams of our Colombian Café de Colombia beans
Espresso Machine
Steps:
- Grind your coffee into the portafilter till around 18.5 grams
- Level and tamp your ground coffee
- Brew a lungo shot in 26 seconds until 40 grams comes out
- Enjoy your Magistrale Lungo
