Our directions when using a Naked Portafilter

Ingredients:

      18 grams of our Cima Coppi beans
      Naked Portafilter
      Espresso Machine

Steps:

1. Grind your coffee into the portafilter. Try to aim around 18 grams
2. Level your coffee perfectly. Any imperfections will cause spraying and affect the taste
3. Tamp your ground coffee lightly
4. Brew a double espresso shot in 31 seconds untill 42 grams comes out
5. Enjoy your Magistrale naked filter coffee
