The first blend we created was our Cima Coppi coffee what still is one of our most beloved coffees. Especially for our clubhouse we tested some different coffee beans from the same countries, Brazil and Ethiopia what resulted into this amazing blend that has been tested by our loyal customers in our coffee bar.
Tasting Notes
This coffee is as smooth as a hairpin descent should be. Smooth and subtle with a punchy aftertaste. We roasted the blend medium dark keeping the soft chocolate tones, some peanut caramel (Snickers) flavor but also the fruity aftertaste of peach and jasmin from the Ethiopian coffee beans. A match made in heaven! An amazing combination of flavors with a smooth aftertaste and mouthfeel.
