The first blend we created was our Cima Coppi coffee that is still one of our best-selling coffees till today. Especially for our clubhouse we tested some different coffee beans from the same countries, Brazil and Ethiopia, to create this celebration blend.
We used a fresh batch of coffee from Brazil and got our hands on a batch organic coffee beans from the Sidamo region in Ethiopia. The result is this amazing blend that has been tested already by several customers in our coffee bar and got reviewed with a number 9 out of 10!
Taste Description
This coffee is as smooth as a hairpin bender should be. Smooth and subtle with a punchy aftertaste. We roasted the blend medium dark so it kept the Chocolate and Caramel flavors but also the fruity aftertaste of the Ethiopian coffee beans. A match made in heaven! An amazing combination of flavors with a smooth aftertaste and mouthfeel.
