We strive for first-class products and services by delivering super freshly roasted coffee and cool merchandise.
Due to the food safety regulations of the Dutch NVWA (www.nvwa.nl), it is not permitted to accept returns of perishable products purchased online or in our coffee bar. Magistrale Cycling Coffee cannot take responsibility for returned products, as we cannot know how the product was handled between shipment and return. Therefore, coffee products such as whole beans or ground coffee and capsules cannot be returned due to their perishable nature.
In addition, we aim to ship coffee to our online customers no later than one week after the roast date—except for capsules—so you can enjoy our super fresh coffee. As a result of this freshness guarantee, we can no longer resell returned coffee.
Although Magistrale Cycling Coffee does not accept returns of perishable products, we do take your satisfaction seriously and need to know when you did not receive our products in optimal condition. Therefore, we offer you the following options to address your concerns:

We offer a 14-day return policy on our non-food and non-drink products. If, for any reason, you wish to reconsider your purchase, please contact our customer service to process your return. You—the customer—are responsible for the return shipping costs and for returning the product within 14 days of receiving the order.
All products must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund, excluding shipping costs.
If you have doubts about the quality of our products or if something appears to be missing, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service here. You will receive a response within 24 hours on business days.
Coffee gear and merchandise purchased in our coffee shop in Heeze can be returned to the store upon presentation of the receipt, or sent by mail to our return address. If you wish to return an item by mail, please contact our customer service first.
Return shipping costs and the return itself are the responsibility of the customer and must be arranged within 14 days of receiving the order.
Please ensure that the product is unused, complete, and in its original packaging, and that proof of purchase can be shown or is included in the package.
Please note that Magistrale Cycling Coffee cannot refund any delivery, tax or duty costs for orders delivered to international addresses. You will only be refunded for the amount charged for the product on the magistralecyclingcoffee.cc website.
