All our roasted coffee comes from proud farmers all over the world who put great effort to produce the best arabica coffee beans every year. Most of the coffee we roast is graded as specialty and we source it directly from the farmer without interference of a local trader or cooperation.
They trust their beans to Il Magistrale because they know that their beans will be roasted to their highest potential and right flavour. Biggest advantage for the farmer is that he receives an excellent price for his quality product (fair is not enough).
