This single origin arabica coffee from Honduras is light roasted and has complex taste flavours of dark chocolate mixed with cinnamon and a candy licoricey (drop) aftertaste. The aroma is not very powerful but has little earthy spiciness and gives a nice body. Still the coffee offers a full chocolate even sweet finish.
