Tasting Notes
The Ghisallo espresso is firm but fair with an amazing taste of pure chocolate brownie, pecan nuts and a slight hint of date syrup. The aroma of the coffee is powerful but very sweet and offers you a delicious full body. The coffee has a thick golden brown crema, a medium bitterness and gives a velvet mouth feel.
This coffee is roasted to bring an ode to the home chapel of the Goddess of Cycling on top of monte Ghisallo called the Santuario della Madonna del Ghisallo.
