About the Coffee

This Gravel Grinder especially made for Laurens ten Dam. His motto of Live Slow - Ride Fast is a simply one of slowing down, looking around and live in the moment. Enjoying the small things that are done really well. This is a coffee done really well and the roast is based on a coffee Laurens drank while living on the US West Coast.

Tasting Notes
We carefully sourced three coffees from Colombia, Honduras and Ethiopia and blended them into this marvellous coffee. Our Gravel Grinder blend is a medium espresso roast with a subtle flavours of dark chocolate, sweet raisins, black berries and a hint of jasmine. The aroma of the coffee is quite powerful and has a full body with a slight bitterness to it. The after taste finishes perfectly on a sweet note. This is a great coffee to prepare a flat white with whole milk or as an espresso after dinner.
