About the Coffee

We've been sitting on this one for a while. Say hello to Dusty Rewinder, our new collaboration blend with Canyon — and the brightest thing to come out of our roaster this season. Three origins, each pulling its weight. Brazil lays the foundation: chocolate, body, that velvet crema you can stand a spoon in. Colombia and Ethiopia come in lighter and fruitier and lift the whole thing off the ground.

Tasting Notes: Crisp chocolate. Punchy peach. Blueberry.

The aroma hits before the cup does. Milk chocolate up front, fresh peach in the middle, blueberry through the finish — with barely any bitterness in the way. It signs off with something fruity and almost winey, the kind of aftertaste that makes you go back for a second cup.
